Jackie earned a Bachelor of Arts in individualized programs with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Toledo in 1993. She soon realized her love for people, attention for details and impeccable memory was a perfect fit as an insurance professional and became a licensed insurance agent in 1995. In 2005 she joined the Hoffmann and Associates’ team. She is the Personal Lines Account Manager, handling all personal lines current clients and prospects. She also takes on many additional roles in the office, overseeing day to day functions, agency management updates, training fellow employees and generating reports. She is well versed in insurance policies and keeps up to date with the ongoing insurance changes. She is “our voice” liaison to the insurance carriers we work with. She is also a Public Notary.

Jackie’s genuine concern for others and attention to details, pretty much makes her one of our office’s super hero. She has a big city charm with a small town heart.
